We are very strict in quality control, these samples are from different orders in a week, finished color process before start next step. We will take 10-15g samples from each order,each color specification for wash test. The color sample that past test, means the order of this sample will be processed in the next step to be finished products. The colored samples that fails to pass the test and will tangle we will reprocess the whole order of these samples. And then carry out same test . Only when the samples passes the test can be processed as a finished product.
